Hey there, I'm Kyle. And this page is just a little bit about me, here goes...

 

Over the last 17 years I have been an asset to multiple business through direct employment, contract engagements, and fractional ownership. 

 

Over that time, I found my strengths as a builder, strategist, and operator, and have spent the last decade turning ideas into cashflow. Instead of reacting to client departures, I built a predictive "at-risk" dashboard that used behavioral data to flag accounts before they could churn. By transforming how we tracked account health, I didn't just save $350k in yearly revenue—I fostered deeper trust with our clients, leading to a 22% jump in overall retention.

I looked at our SaaS portfolio and saw a massive gap between current usage and potential value. By designing an automated "land and expand" playbook focused on high-margin workflow modules, I enabled a single key account to scale their investment by $125k, effectively turning a standard service into a growth engine.

For our emerging and mid-sized clients, I acted as a fractional COO to bridge the gap between vision and execution. When I began consulting with SoCo, core systems were fragmented, documentation was inconsistent, and operational processes lived largely in the heads of leadership. Compliance exposure was high, onboarding lacked structure, and financial visibility was limited.

From the logo and brand guide to the website, messaging framework, and digital assets, every element was designed to communicate professionalism, trust, and a sense of elevated experience.

When I joined EcoPoint, the business was performing well but lacked structured sales strategy, consistent B2B processes, and a system for scaling revenue predictably. I partnered with leadership to design and implement a complete sales framework, including lead qualification, outreach cadences, pipeline management, and performance tracking.

My real estate journey spans both client-facing sales and strategic investment management. Early on, I recognized that success required more than market knowledge — it demanded systems, data-driven decision-making, and operational rigor. I implemented repeatable processes for deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution, allowing me to consistently close high-value transactions and maximize investment returns.

 

A notable achievement was acquiring a portfolio of out-of-state duplexes, renovating and managing them over three years, and ultimately selling the entire package for a 56% profit. This experience demonstrates my ability to identify undervalued assets, execute operational improvements, and create significant financial outcomes.

 

Over time, I’ve helped clients and investors navigate complex transactions while optimizing portfolio performance. From residential sales to investment property acquisitions, the focus has always been on creating measurable value, executing with precision, and building scalable frameworks that turn real estate opportunities into predictable financial growth.

I founded and operated a full-service landscaping business for seven years, building it from concept to a profitable, market-leading company. The business balanced high-end new construction landscaping for custom homes with ongoing commercial maintenance contracts, requiring both creative design expertise and operational rigor.

Over time, I developed repeatable systems for project management, client acquisition, and service delivery, allowing the business to scale efficiently while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. After seven years of consistent growth, market positioning, and operational excellence, I successfully sold the company, demonstrating the ability to build, manage, and exit a business profitably.
