PRICING
How much does it cost?
Most clients start with a $250 Strategy Session, credited toward a Starter or Core build if you move forward. Monthly advisory is $720 (Advisor, 8 hours) or $1,440 (Partner, 16 hours). Builds are quoted after the Strategy Session, once we know the scope.
What is included in the monthly retainer?
Advisor includes 8 hours a month; Partner includes 16. Hours cover strategy calls, email and text support, and building or updating tools, templates, SOPs and dashboards. We agree on a standing call schedule at kickoff.
Is the Strategy Session fee credited?
Yes. The $250 applies in full to a Starter or Core build booked within 30 days of the session.
What happens to unused advisory hours?
Unused hours expire 30 days after your advisory agreement ends.
WORKING TOGETHER
What happens on the free 15-minute fit call?
You tell me what is slowing the business down, I ask a few questions, and we decide together whether a Strategy Session makes sense. No pitch deck, no obligation.
What do I get from the Strategy Session?
90 minutes on how the business runs today, then a written summary and prioritized action plan within 48 hours.
Do you work in person?
In person in Grand Junction and Western Colorado. By video across Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and the rest of the US.
How long does a Starter build take?
3 to 6 weeks, depending on scope, with one check-in after handover.
Which tools do you work with?
The ones you already use where possible. For recommendations, see our suggested tools page.
Who does the work?
The founder, directly, start to finish. No handoff to a junior team.

FIT
Who is this for?
Owner-run trades and home-service companies, roughly $400K to $5M in revenue, where quotes, scheduling and decisions still wait on the owner.
Who is it not for?
Businesses looking for an ad agency, a quick cheap fix, or help without the owner involved in the decisions.
Do I need a consultant or a bookkeeper?
A bookkeeper records what happened. I build the systems that decide what happens next: how quotes go out, how jobs get scheduled, how cash is tracked and who owns each step. Many clients have both.
